Leica ICG160

The Leica ICG160 is the most versatile and dependent smart antenna in the construction industry. Similar to the ICG60 the ICG160 can be used as a base, rover, or for on-machine guidance applications. However, the ICG160 has been upgraded with a large color display with easy navigation that allows for quick and easy setup. This smart antenna is also available to upgrade with tilt compensation up to 20 degrees offering even more versatility and convenience. The ICG160 is the perfect solution for maximizing your efficiency and your ROI.
The Leica 70T is a rugged smart antenna with permanent tilt compensation. The combination of the latest GNSS technology and inertial measurement unit allows the 70T to extend the measurement possibilities on any construction site. This reliable smart antenna is also calibration free, which means less downtime configuring an antenna. Leveling your pole bubble is a thing of the past. The Leica 70T is a solution that can speed you up anytime and anywhere.
The Leica CC200 is a 10” tablet computer that can be paired with a variety of our other Leica solutions. The 10” screen allows for more map visibility and comes with an anti-reflective screen for easy viewing. Glove and rain modes allow for easy use in all kinds of weather conditions. It comes equipped with 16 GB RAM capacity which allows the handling of large amounts of data with ease. Coupled with ICON software this controller is a premium solution for all of your positioning needs.

Leica ConX

Leica ConX is a powerful tool for managing and transferring data through a cloud solution and web interface. ConX allows you to efficiently manage all of your connected construction projects and enables you to share relevant data instantly between the field and office. If you are in the office, you can easily monitor cut and fill, analyze point data, or project progress. Leica ConX also minimizes downtime with real-time remote support. Our machine control specialists are able to login and take over your controller in the field or your controller in the machine from anywhere, to help with support. Leica ConX is the solution that gives full transparency from the field to the office, all in one place.

MC1 Software

MC1 is Leica Geosystem’s revolutionizing software platform designed for all machine control solutions. MC1 gives the operator a live digital representation of the machine’s cutting edge on top of the design model. MC1 software will automatically control the machine’s cutting edge, keeping it positioned according to the design model for more efficient and accurate results.

3D

3D is a solution that brings design surfaces into the cab for progress visibility and blade visibility. Our 3D solution can be guided by a GNSS system or a robotic total station depending on accuracy needs. 3D machine control can dramatically decrease machine use, increase productivity, and decrease wasted materials.
2D is a solution that provides automatic control of both slope and elevation. Simply put your blade on control, match your laser receivers to your laser beam, and you are ready to go. The 2D solution comes with Leica’s most advanced laser receivers and can be coupled with manual or electrical masts. This solution can be upgraded at any time to 3D.

Intelligent 3D/2D Excavator

Outfitting you excavator with Leica machine control is a game changer. We offer both 2D and 3D solutions for an excavator. Either solution will radically advance the way you excavate.

3D

3D is a solution that guides the operator by displaying the reference models and GNSS data on your control panel. This gives design information and real-time cut and fill indications. This solution ensures more productivity, less machine wear, and a safer jobsite.
2D is a solution that allows multiple elevations and slopes to be built, at any orientation. No more moving the machine around or changing the laser reference height. No more grade checking is needed. Simply enter the required depth and start digging!
